Does anyone know where I can get one? IF I get that I can use the electronic speedo gear instead of the cable right??? Does it light up amber or greenish?

Yes, you can and MUST use the electronic speedo gear for the gauge to function. As far as how it lights up, I'm pretty sure it lights up similar to the US cluster.

You don't need an electronic VSS for the JDM SiR gauge cluster to function (don't ask me how I know), but for best results/least amount of ghetto rigging -- get one.
As for where to find one, any Japanese importer should be able to source you one. Otherwise, just turn to HT or E-bay.
Good luck!

Cable always has this cable hookup in the back

You can use any electronic vss I'm pretty sure.I used a 93 civic one. I had to cut one of the mounting holes off though. But I'm still running my stock d15. I don't know if that's any different. I just don't know which pin on the ecu is for speed signal so I have a c.e.l. On. Anyone know how to fix this
