So i had my car white Si for a while now, ever since i had it, the engine makes a taping type noise like rocker noise, i never had a k series or heard a stock one or another 06 Si before so i dont' know if its normal. I just might makin a big deal out of nothing but car runs great so far and about to get its oil change (its at a lil over 3k). any input would be great

Don't know about the K series, but my buddy's B18C5 HATES M1...loves Motul, Red Line, etc...
My Nissan Titan had WORSE Used Oil results with Mobil 1 than it did with cheap *** Pennzoil and Havoline. Never did put RedLine in that beast.

its unburnt fuel being burned off man. its not your valves. rev the engine once and you will notice the noise goes away for like 5 seconds and then comes back. dont worry. you can feel that tapping noise if you hold one of the connectors, ill take a picture of where u can put ur finger to feel it.
