hey im from san jose and wandering if you guys know anyone or you yourself have gotten pullled over and or ticketed for having the 1 pieces. im speaking in general with bay area cops which will most likely not ticket you for jaywalking unlike salt lake city, utah cops.

technically they can ticket you because it doesn't meet standards.

i know on my one piece headlights it doesn't come with the nipples and doesnt say dot and i've been told that lights need to be "dot" approved. don't quote me on this though it was just something i've heard a cop tell me.


but my lights do say honda on it so i can just play it off as oem.

 

so speaking non tech-nicy-ly you have have never heard of anyone in the sanjose/bay area getting pulled over/ticketed for having them. ?

 

off topic but i always wondered what those nipples were for on the headlights, are they for strength or something?

Those nipples are for aiming the headlights
