Sorry I can't help with exactly what you're looking for. But if I was in your position, I'd buy the Haynes manuals for both generation Civics, then look at the wiring diagrams in each. I'd also head out to the junkyard and cut off some plugs. Even if someone here on HT gives you the info, are you going to trust it? I wouldn't.
my obd2 dizzy wire colors dont look like that at all.

DONT use the JDM engine harness. It's only useful to scavenge plugs and wiring from.
The main harness (shock tower) plugs on this JDM wire harness are located on the wrong side (left) of the harness because this harness came from a RHD drive car. These main plugs should be on the right side for a LHD vehicle.
You'll want to reuse your DX harness and work off that (as it seems you know) by adapting the ITR dizzy plug, alternator plug, injector plugs. You'll also need to run an OBD1->OBD2a ecu jumper harness if you want to use the ITR P73 ecu to power the engine.

For the US integra, OBD2b years range from 00-01.
OBD2a integras are 96-99...which throw a lot of people off. Some people and even myself use to think OBD2b integras were 99-01 which is false. You'd think Honda would stay consistant with OBD2a and OBD2b years between civic and integra's, but they did not.
ALL JDM (mid95-01) OBD2 integra's use OBD2a style ecu plugs.
