sry guys and gals... i've searched for a long time, and all i've found is the same repeated information.

my situation: JDM b18 type r RHD motor/harness going into EG DX model (non vtec). i am using my obd1 original harness

<U>things i've done:</U>
knock, vtec, chiped ecm.

<U>things i got problems with:</U>

-obd2 to obd1 distributor wiring diagram. can anyone please post a picture of how and what wires to connect? i have no clue

-obd2-obd1 alternator wiring diagram. like the dizzy, plugs dont match up. anyone have a diagram of which wires to solder

i understand i can buy a obd1 distributor and alternator. but dont want to spend the $ on it when i got a perfectly fine unit here... thanks for the help

yes that helps chris.. however, on my obd2 1 plug distributor, the wires are identical to those of the obd1 distributor. i just wired them color to color

wich color wire for the alternator plug is the one that recharges the battery i wired the obd2 wire harness to obd1 alternator and yet the battery does not charge i wanna try to run wire straight to the battery se what if it charged battery before i buy a new alternator

 

I did this and everything matched up but one wire ... You have Green OBD1 to Green OBD2 .. But my OBD1 doesn't have a green wire ... I went ahead and finished the rest without a problem and the only wire left unused was a Orange/Blue .. which you do not have on the OBD1 harness .. should i just run that to the green ??

 

Is that what ur supposed to do? I had the same thing where I'm short a green wire
