Whats the best assembly lude?

Just wanting some firsthand opinions as to what is the best assembly lude to use when building an engine? Should you use a different lube for different areas of the engine, such as valvetrain, pistons and cylinder walls, bearings, etc etc..

I've read several engine building books that highly reccomend it and many of the articles in Honda Tuning show the whole engine built with Torco....I believe Bisimoto also uses it on his drag car.
