Is there any kind of jdm guage cluster that has a higher redline than the usdm guage cluster... i have a 95 accord ex w/ vtec and installed a speed chip that raised the rev limiter... so now i hit 8k and have no indication of the actual redline besides knoing myself what it is... i kno the redline on the jdm guage cluster for the civics have a higher redline... is there any hope for me?

 

jdm 5th generation accords will be exactly the same, except that they will mark "kmh" with bigger numbers than "mph".
Answer is..... no (jdm won't help this time).

 

accord gauge reads up to 8000 rpm?

jdm sir will have a raised redline but it still ends at 8000.

if you rev to 8k and the tach reads up to 8k whats the problem?

and i dont really feel like getting into why you are revving a most probably stock f22 to 8000 rpm...

haha im not, my cousin is! He got his block and head built up last week and is gettin close to 8k fine.. so he says... im tryin to convince him to get an h22
