Default Removing the rear bumper?

I am trying to take off my rear bumper. I know there are the screw where the splash guards would go. There is one behind the license plate, and then two on the underside (one right above the exhaust tip and another across from that). The problem is that the screw behind the license plate will NOT come off. I tried PB Blaster and all kinds of crap.

Anyone have techniques for it?

And are those the only ones?

Thanks...

remove the bumper with the support and then when you have room you can get it out somehow

Maybe I will try a drill on the really tough bolts. I wrenched on them forever and they wouldn't budge.
