crx backseats?
what ever seats you put in will be custom. nothing will swap right in. Even the EDM/JDM back seat wont go right in. why would you want to put in a back seat anyways?
i dont know about you, but i have my driver seat almost all the way back, and i would hate to try and make someone sit back there witha jdm seat. yea, they look nice, but i think that 3 american sized people back there would exceed the manufactures weight limit. jdm rear seats were in jdm crx for jdm PEOPLE. not being racist, but as a general rule, asians are lighter in weight than americans

Lol, classic.
I am not fat, but I'm about 6' 2" and I have to put my seat all the way back to drive, so there's no way I could even drive with somebody in the back.
Anyway, having a CRX with no back seat is a great cop-out for not being the designated driver when you are partying with friends.... "Sorry, my car only holds 2 people".

Trade for another car. Preferably one with a back seat and LATCH anchors.

its a crx
there aint no air bag
but there aint no armor either
DO NOT get rid of it
you will hate yourself and I would not put that on a kid.
buy another car or use a prophelactic for goodness sake
a crx wont protect your kid from a collision where ever you mount him.
learn to drive around wrecks and put him in the front till you get a hb.
you need the break from mom anyway

I am not the smallest person size wise. When my SiR was used as a daily driver I quite often had 2 people in the back as well as a passenger next to me. Its was pretty bad to drive it this way though as I had to move my drivers seat so far forward I would end up with cramp in my legs! I was young and stupid what can I say!
It makes me sound old but this was around 7 years ago!

My buddy had a CRX with his child. He also had a rear strut bar and would use several ratchet straps to secure the child seat to the strut bar. He said it worked very well. Just an idea.
Also I have a rule of thumb....when 2 people are in the car..."sorry it is a 2 seater"
My 65 Mustang fastback, the back seat folds down into a shelf...."sorry it is a 2 seater"

6'1. I can't drive with someone sitting in the back of me. Usually I can fit 3 people if the third person is small and short.

Now that all the people who haven't helped spoke up, let me give you some of the info you'd asked for.
One of these threads talks about using a Nissan Pulsar NX2000 rear seat.
Do a search for Pulsar in post bodies and see if you can find it.

That's what I was thinking...
I wonder if the Department of Transportation shut down a lot of the goodies for the north american CRX, such as the glass panel roof and the rear seats, etc because they thought would have resulted in catostrophic injuries (even more than already) if someone were to crash in a CRX...
Also, we actually were trying to help... We were trying to steer him away from using a car seat for his child in the back. If any of you guys have seen what a CRX looks like after being rear-ended, you would know that a collision like that basically crushes the rear of a CRX all the way up into the driver/passenger seats. A CRX is not an infant-friendly car, we were just looking out for his child that's all.
I remember a CRX at a yard I used to go to, apparently it got rear ended by a lady in a Chevy Suburban. The rear was folded up so badly that the rear wheels were only a couple feet away from the front ones. I wish I had a camera back then, it was pretty horrific. Anyways, here are just some random pics I found on google:
