ok, i have had the cluster in for a few months, and i got a 92 civic electric vss from an auto tranny, and it wont fit. the geared part fits in the tranny, but the electric part will not. part of the auto tranny in the 90 crx is in the way. if the vss from a 99 civic si would fit i would be ok (the electric part is not a swaure block like the 92 civic's is). does anyone know what ELECTRIC VSS will fit in the DX AUTO tranny on the crx????

yes, you just need to run the wires to hook it up (+,- and signal)

 

Just make sure.. I think the Auto and manuel are difference VSS...

 

My friend is running my old auto vss in his stick shift so I think you'll be fine running a manual eg/ek sensor in your auto.
