would they fit?

Im about to get some new/old wheels for my car and im not sure if they will fit. the wheels specs are 15x6.5 +28. its goin on my ep3. what size tires should i get and would i need spacers?

no spacers needed....it will fit very flush to yer fenders. may need to roll yer fenders depending on ride height, tire size.
