okie.. i went to get the emission test and i failed due to... 02 Sensor Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2??? Have no idea what that means.. but is it the catalytic converter? cause mine has no 02 sensor in it... do i just need to purchase one with a 02 sensor port and install it.. should i be fine then???

Some more details would help..Year and model. If it is supposed to have one and you dont have one installed then thats your problem..

 

What r you running? What mods do you have, and mostly important whats the year of the car?

Is the car in perfect running condition?

 

Its a RS 2 door 1997.. all i have is intake headers and exhaust...

 

You need to have an O2 sensor to pass smog. Is there a check engine light? Did someone just unplug yours and leave it out?

 

to answer your question, yes -there should be an 02 sensor at the cat. Weather this will solve your problem I couldnt say -good luck
