i dont want to get myself into trouble by buying a pos, but could you guys take a look at an engine bay pic (of the car i might be buying) and tell me what you guys see and dont see? this guy lives 2 hours away from me, and i could only take a few hours a week to actually see if this car is worth it. thanks in advance.

 

crappy paint job, loose overflow tank, what's up with that cai? i've never seen one like that. And it has an illegal open vent (not bad, just illegal) Looks like he did a poor job at a wire tuck

 

yeah it looks like a sloppy job, but if i get it, im jsut gonna clean it up, shouldn't be too hard, right? im comparing some pics of a clean swap to this car and the overflow tank should be in place of where the CAI is, right?
