How does the air flow/pressure signals work on an SAFC??

How does the air flow/pressure signals work on an SAFC??
I'm wondering how I'm supposed to wire the air flow/pressure signals into the ECU. There are two wires, but there is only one pressure signal in the diagram provided by Apexi.
