Like the topic says: The butterfly opens smooth if the car is off but when I turn it on it sticks. The spring seems good. I cleaned the throttle body with carb cleaner and a tooth brush, and then wiped it clean and put lube inside and on the butterfly (very clean). I am teting it with the cable off so It is NOT the cable for sure cause it still sticks. While driving, the higher I rev ussually the higher up it stays stuck and I have to tap the throttle for it to go down. It happened all of a sudden. Went from no symptoms to sticking. Stock H22, havent been messing with anything before it happened. Any suggestions.
