do i have to drill a hole for the clutch cable? cause its not there on my rex what size exactly is it? thanks

 

There should be a black plug in the firewall to the right of the brake booster, pry/yank it out.

 

mine didn't have the plug, i had to drill a hole, but yes its to the right of the brake booster.

theres no plug on mine maybe a 88 only thing? what size hole is it? and how did you go about measureing where to put it?

 

If you do drill a hole, put a rubber brommet in it or the vibration will rub the cable raw on bare metal.

 

what size is the hole?

 

Big enough for the cable to go thru.

 

what holds it in then? is it not like the throttle cable where you have to turn it to take it out and there is notches in it?
