Default Using TPS off 92-95 DX

I accidently broke off my TPS sensor on my A6, and I have a 92-95 DX TPS on it right now, but it's still throwing the code. Is it in reverse polarity compared to the original sensor, or what? I did some research and saw people switching wires around, but I don't know which one's to switch. Any help would be appreciated.

the tps is the same it will work you just have to adjust it if you noticed it can be moved when the bolts arent tight. you need a ohm meter just search here on exactly how to do it. i personaly didnt have that and didnt really care so i just moved it a little until the cel went away.
