Default Need A Quiet Exhaust

***!!! I m driving down the road, minding my own bussiness, when a cop pulls me over and gives me a $110 ticket for having a loud exhaust. Anyways now I gotta fix this ****.

-1st choice is to make some kind of custom silencer to quiet my exhaust down. I got an OBX rear section exhaust. Anyone know if its possible for me to make some kind of silencer and how?
-2nd choice is to get another exhuast that is quite or have some way to quite it down. Any suggestions what exhaust to buy? I need it to be quite, but not lack too much power. I got $600 cnd thats $400 us.

duh, buy a type r exhaust. Its 2 1/4" inside diameter, free flowing quiet muffler, mandrel bent, stainless steel, and 2 resonators and one muffler. You can't go wrong, especially since you can get them for $100-220.

Exhausts to consider:

tanabe G-Medallion
A'PEXi world sport
GReddy EVOlution
Spoon "Sport"
Mugen Twin-Loop

Pretty quiet exhuasts that provide substantial power.

Have you ever thought about getting a Thermal Exhaust. If so I have one forsale, its has the stealth option which makes the exhaust pretty quite. It has that nice low tone, its a pretty nice exhaust considering the piping and exhaust is made in stainless steel. Well email me if your interested..... mattsett@bellsouth.net

Yup...those things are quiet. Heard they cost a grip though.

Your in canada, bring it to court!!! The Ontario Traffic act is really vague, so it's easy to fight-it and win, make sure you go in to court with a safety check, cuz if it pass's the safety check, it's legal. And for vibrant, none of the states guys will know about those, they are only known in Toronto.

And DcSports is loud, well mine is loud at times, not when cruising but when accelerating, it's loud!!!
