Default Fuel Issues with car... please help..... no fuel pressure...

Well, for some odd reason, we are having a ton of fuel issues with the car, or at least it looks like fuel issues. Here is the low down on what is going on....

1990 Integra 4dr 5 Speed.

Before the engine was pulled to be fully built, no issues what so ever, car started fine, perfect fuel pressure until the FPR we had gave out and took out cly # 1. Engine was pulled, fully built Laskey Racing (Thanks Earl & Mike!) engine was put back into the car.

The first time we tried to start the car, perfect spark but NO fuel pressure at all... we checked everything, fuel pump was getting power, the relay was brand new, all the wires were hooked up, but still no fuel pressure to start the car up.

We dropped the fuel tank, pulled the walbro 255L fuel pump out, looked at it, made sure everything was in perfect working order put it back in the tank hooked up the clips and tried to start it again... BAM! We had fuel pressure, car started up fine, no issues anymore.

We got the car tuned for 11 PSI at church, broke in the engine and what not for about 4 hours and the car ran fine with no issues what so ever. Drove the car back home, we discoverd an oil leak so while waiting for the parts to show up to fix the small oil leak along with a new 3 bar map sensor, the car sat for about 5 days.....

Today, I go try to start the car, it started up fine, then after 10 sec, the car dies... (odd I say to my self), crank it again, car starts up fine, let it warm up for 5 min, drive it around the block and BAM the car shuts off while driving. 0 fuel pressure again... try cranking the engine to start the car and NOTHING again no fuel pressure. I go grab my truck, tow the car home, I check all the wires under the seat to make sure power is coming to the fuel pump and all seems fine, I switched out the fuel pump relay again with a brand new one from the dealer and the car still sees 0 fuel pressure.

What can the issue be? Bad fuel pump? Can anything else cause this? Does anyone have a wiring diagram for a 1990 integra 5 speed for the fuel pump? Anyone else ever have issues like this?

Any and ALL help would be great, I need to get the car up and running again so I can have it tuned again for 15 psi pump gas and 22 psi on race gas.....

Someone please help!

Thanks in advance!!!

Besides a Walbro intake pump, what else can be used as an intake to support 450 whp?

Thanks
