1999 honda accord V6 vtec DIES from heat!!!!!

i have a 99 honda accord(v6) and in the heat of the day it has trouble starting and staying running. i'm thinking main relay but where would it be located on this particular car? any suggestions??

main relay is on a mounting bracket above the brake pedal.
