I'm selling it because I can't afford it, and I get a lot of tickets in it.... The officer "assured me" it won't get siezed so I assumed it is safe to sell it. I have recieved no notification that they intend to take my car. I would rather deal with the legality of having sold my car then the reality of having a large, unsecured loan with no car to show for it.
