Well someone was having weird problems like yours. going by the manual check your alt brackets that is where the alt grounds to the motor. It fixed his, might be your problem.

As for not starting with the starter check the solenoid plug from the ignition key.
Mine came off and just needed to put it back on. But it might be the ignition sw.
