91 crx D15B2 with manual tranny. i have tested the voltage and has more then enough to turn over all fuses look good starter has voltage and even replaced starter with known good one and still nothing. fuel pump sounds to be turning and can hear fuel pressure under the hood. i have been wondering if it is the main relay going bad or is bad, has been running soild and now i can get it to even start. i turn the key and it doesnt do ****. seems to me that it somewhere in the electrical system before it get to the starter or something isnt letting the starter turn i have no idea. so im wonering if that sounds like its the relay or if its something else HELPPPP
