I am going to make this simple. I want to experiment with the B20 Vtec swap. But, I want to learn a little bit more about it first before jumping into it. So, give me some info on it. Recommendations? I'm throwing it into my 94 LS integra. I've already got a GSR tranny with LSD, so I'm already set on that. I just want info on the motor now. What can I safely boost on it? Better to have the B16A or B18C5 head on it? Why?

the b16 heads flow better than the GSR head.
and for boost, i would have the block resleeved. im not sure how much boost it will take stock but i KNOW its more than any other b series motor. http://www.crvtec.com
