Default NO COMPRESSION @ ALL!!! HELP....please

i've searched everywhere...and i came to believe that when the head was put on....all the valves were open at the time whiling cranking it. So I think the valves weren't adjusted...I want to know if a h22a4 head ...that the valves can be adjusted becuz i was told it can however i was also told that the lifters can't be adjusted ....i don't know if i'm making any sense. PLEASE HELP no compression at all?

Your timing could be off as well. You can adjust the valve lash on the engine though.

I had the same problem once. Forgot to do vavle lash. .02" off and no compression. Check your valve lash and timing.

thanks guys...YES it was the valves..the clearance from the heel of the lobes were all tight...in which all the valves were opened...i adjusted them to .09 on exhaust side and .07 on intake ...i have a new setup....thanks guys...easy task!
