exhaust and intake manifold studs need help

i just bought a gsr head and the e/i manifolds studs are stripped not w here you bolt them down but inside the head it was like hte guy pulled them strait out..so i needs some advice/help on how to fix this

Is there enough on the head to just re-thread the holes?

I had the same problem with the head I built. The machine shop just pressed new inserts in and it worked good as new

yeah he did...i thinkin about fixin it with heli-coil..but i was just wondering if you guys have any other ideas
