spring rate suggestion for ground control kit for my 04 accord coupe
"New" here but i guess an OG of this board. I had a 5th gen lude for years, then went German and bought an Audi. Got scared of a broken german luxury car with high miles so now for my daily driver I have an 04 accord coupe V6 and looking to purchase a Ground Control coilover kit. I put a lot of miles on it and while I"m looking for a firm sporty ride, I don't care at all fo a harsh backbreaking ride. I'm no expert so I was wondering if anyone can suggest a good spring rate I should get. I have no intentions of racing my car so I don't need anything aggressive though I like a controlled and planted feel - not the floaty soft feeling I have on the stock suspension.
What spring rate would provide a good balance of what I'm looking for - firm and sporty while comfortable for daily driving and for my occasional passengers? Thanks for any help.

i considered the teins but i'm getting a pretty good deal on the GC's. are they drastically different in terms of quality? i know both are pretty popular but the teins are considerably more expensive.
