Default good intake?

Okay heres my situation. I got my car dyno'ed and my number were 185whp, and 140lbs torque. Running conditions were 100degrees. The car would have made more but my "gay" intake was too restrictive. I'm looking for a new intake to replace but don't know which one will be best for my setup. My goal is to break 195-200whp with some future mods listed below. I need you guys advice on a good intake which will not put a HUGE dent i my wallet because the header will already do that lol. So any help would be greatly appreciate.

Its a gsr motor and the mods are:
:Gay intake lol (generic ebay knock off)
:DC SPORTS ITR HEADER
:SKUNK2 MEGAPOWER EXHAUST
:sKUNK2 INTAKE MANIFOLD
:REMOVED P.S.
:REMOVED A.C.
:FLUIDYNE RADIATOR half core
:CLUTCHMASTER STAGE3 CLUTCH
:GROUND CONTROL COILOVERS
:GS-R TRANSMISSION
:CTR PISTONS 81.5mm
:ARP ROD BOLTS
:ARP HEADSTUDS
: oMNI POWER VALVETRAIN
:SKUNK2 STAGE2 CAMS
:SKUNK2 ADJUSTABLE CAM GEARS
:test pipe
:3 ANGLE VALVE JOB
:MILLED HEAD
:HOT TANKED, HONED
:SLIGHT PORT N POLISH
:WALBRO 255 FUEL PUMP
:TYPE r THROTTLE BODY
:S200 hondata tuned

Now I am about to order a new header SMSP one piece to be exact.
Mods to also come are to bore out the throttle body, and port match the manifold.

Thank you very much for your time.

alot of people seem to favor the AEM 3in ITR cold air intake for maximum power peformance, but it depends on what you wish the use your car for and then we will be able to point you better towards the best intake for your certain application

Okay the intake pipe is okay but the filter(Sum kind of k&n) i have on there sucks. I just don't want to slap on a new filter and call it a day. I was mainly trying to get opinions on what would work better than what i have. Like if im going to change the filter, then i might as well get a better pipe. I know differences are barely noticable, but if the tuner who tuned my car said that the intake is not doing a good job then i think i should take his advice. He is a very reputable tuner in central florida. John from LHT performance. He just tuned a friend of mines Type r the post is in the ITR forum.

Comptech icebox with apexi filter? Where can i find that?
ANy other combos?

I would post pics of the GAY intake in question but don't have any as of now and am looking for a new camera.

Well basically i just want a nice little DD but with some good power. I live in Florida and hurricane season is in effect(weird how we haven't got any), so i'm kinda not leaning towards the cold air side but have not rules it out. I just want something that will give maximum performance. I was looking at the AEM V2 cold air intake what do you guys think of those?

I understand what you are saying completely, and i appreciate your input. If i could get a nice looking setup for a little bit more money than i might as well.

What filter do you recommend?

i would suggest just getting a new filter and calling it a day. an intake is an intake is an intake. i really think it is stupid to spend $300+ for 1-2 whp, but if you want to do that, be my guest.

to answer your question:
-passwordjdm "whale *****"
-arc
-AEM V2
-comptech icebox

I would go with a comptech intake and ice box combonation, it will keep you filter from sucking up and water anf give you some of the same cooler intake charges the the CAI provides

What size pipping is your intake right now? I would consider an AEM Type R intake (3 inch), with a velocity stack/k&N filter.

I would slap on a Fujita Filter and get a heat shield. Make sure to wrap the intake piping with some heat reflective tape. Then you should be good to go.

I've heard of the FUJITA GSR Cold air intake. A JDM place here in Toronto Canada sells them. They're a bit cheaper than the AEM CAI. I was thinking about getting the FUJITA but I haven't really heard any reviews about them. If anyone knows about the FUGITA then lets hear it

my friend did all kind of dyno runs w/ different intakes and he lost power using ebay intake. The most power he got was off iceman cool air intake which gave him 6hp. Iceman intake is discontinued so i suggest you get a Aem cold air intake.
