Here is a Treat for you guys...my favorite!!! (SPOON EG6)vid.
That is a nice little video. I'm not entirely sure what the comparison is though: Stock Civic Type R vs. modified EG with a B18C swap? Of course the EG would be faster.
Spoon loves those little videos. You'll notice that the old cars usually win.
It's hard to let go of the past.
The Spoon EG's were great, and the EK CTR was produced partly in response to their success.
I still love EG's. However, compared with modern cars like the EP3 and FG2, the EG is decidedly uncrashworthy.

very true, however there are trade-offs and of course the newer the car the more 'crashworthy' it is. nothing a roll cage can't fix right?

Well, I'm assuming we want to keep a certain number of them on the road and streetable.

George, just out curiousity, are you talking about airbags, or actual chassis?

I got a kick out of that, very "Initial-D like". The first driver reminded me of Bunta... I liked the in-car commetary, especially when he was laughing. Surprising how old the drivers are, considering the car and expected market of interest.
