94 Accord - Wheel Studs
I'm replacing the wheel studs on a 94 Honda Accord LX
Some crazy mechanic told my wife that there is a press on plate or something and its not as easy as just knocking them out...
He also told her Autozone studs will NOT work.
That he would have to buy them from the dealer.
I saw this link on honda-tech.com:
http://spyfunkr.com/accord/studrepl.htm
Mine looks identical to this but it says its for a 90-93
Can anyone tell me if the Autozone studs will work fine?
And these should just knock out correct?

yes, 90-97 front brake are almost identical.
AutoZone studs should work fine as long as you match it up and make sure it's the same as the rest. Personally, I would buy that OEM from the dealer but maybe thats just me.

The mechanic isn't crazy and there is a "press on plate", but that's hardly the correct term. The front brakes on 4g and 5g Accord have Hub over Rotor designs. It's not just knock em out and put new ones in.
Turns out the mechanic was crazy...
Once the brake caliper came off, took a few seconds to bang them out...
I put each lug on one turn,
Put a socket and breaker bar over the lug
And hammered away...
Much easier that it looks...
There was no press on plate...
thanks for all the responses...
I went with O'Reilly studs and lugs...
And yeah if this were a perfomance car, I'd use better parts...
Its a beater for my son, and later he'll fix her up with NOS
Or so he thinks...
Thanks again...
