Weird...


Spotted this ITR sitting on a jimmy jank used car lot in Va Beach. Stopped and got the numbers and all. Asking 15995 and sold it for 14500 to someone in Florida. Sorry for the cheese camera phone pics.

I noticed that the rear lid had a big dent in it, stolen shift ****, the drivers bumper didn't line up, and the back of the car had been repainted (poorly). Car had 68K and was a 00 #1461. Overall the car was pretty much stock and other than what I mentioned was in real good shape. I spoke to the dealership and explained to him not to leave it out front where poeple could get to it... he states that after 2 days someone had already stolen the shift ****. Well, perhaps the new owner will come forward eventually and this car will make it safely to FL. Maybe if someone cares enough to update teh 00 thread on what's out there still.

It would be 00 PY #1461 A VA -> FL

It's not there anymore i had the owner pull it from the lot and its stored now.

It shows like a third tit. PY ITRs don't belong on Va Beach Blvd in that vicinity.

I had a 10 minute conversation with the guy explaining that the car WOULD get stolen if left out there. He was like.... "well I block it in". I'm like "can you keep them (thieves) from walking away with all the parts from the car?" So he's like "no... I can not." So I said "put it in the back lot with the security fence and angry hungry large dogs." It looks like someone already stole the shift ****.

Just got off the phone with you shawn. I have to say thank you for your great advice and good looking out on my soon to be PY-R. I will talk to the guy thats holding it for me to setup a testdrive. Thanks again for your quick response and help on this issue.
