hey guys i have recently aquired a 94 rs that was converted to a 2000 gsr. the whole interior has been swapped over but i noticed that the seat bottoms werent connected. i checked the clips and they dont line up at all. are they really different? if so, does anyone have really clean black leather 94-97 seat bottoms? lol

 

the only visible difference from the outside is the center tray. THe 98+ ones are a little different.

That probably doesnt help much but i remember on my 95 gsr there was one 10mm bolt that went into this metal bracket hting from the seat. I think that was the only thing lining it up besides the clips.

 

Yes, the 94-97's have different REAR seats and they wont fit onto a 98+ and vice versa.

 

I know this may be different, but I have USDM ITR front and rear seats on my 95 RS. The fronts fit perfectly. The rears fit, but the two metal brackets underneath the rear seats, do not line up with the stock holes. Other than that, everything else lines up perfectly in the rear. The two side clips on the rear seats fit just fine, as well as the single metal bracket that's held down by a 10mm bolt.

 

thanks for all the help. i guess ill just live with them being loose like that for now. im not sitting in the back, lol.

94-96 have these long hook to clip

97-01 have smaller clip/hoops


96 jdm itr seats had the hooks 97 jdm itr didn't have have the long hooks.
