how to? take off z6 head
alright so i have a 91 crx, d16a6 block pm3-2 head, planning on doing a mini-me swap, im not yet worried about putting it in my car right now, but about taking it out at the junk yard tomorrow... where do i start/how do i take the head off the z6? i was told there is a certin patern to loosening the bolts? pics and in depth descriptions would be great.
Im going to tell you exactly what everyone else will tell you. Go to your local auto parts store( Autozone, NAPA,etc.) and buy a Haynes repair manual for a 92-95 Civic in this case. Not only will you have detailed instructions and illustrations for removing the head, but for anything else you will ever need: suspension, tune up, wiring etc. Dont be a cheap skate, it will run you 18$ at the very most.
i really dont feel like buying a manuel for a car that i dont own... i own a 91 crx... wtf is

if you bought a haynes, it most likely covers 88-95 civic. most, if not all, single cams are the same to take off. only MINOR differences if any at all. time to end your day
i have a haynes manual beside me right now... its for 84-91 civics... so obviously there is no haynes manual that covers 88-95... time to end your day
then use that? it's basically the same. and since i was feeling helpful to an ungrateful kid, https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=449822
everything else should be straight forward. just take **** off.
time to end your life. search
