FS: Kenji P28 ECU + 0BD2b to OBD1 harness + VAFC
Kenji P28 ECU + conversion harness (obd2b > obd1) + VAFC (old style)
Rev Limit set at at 9100 and VTEC is set at 5300RPM. Used on a b18c5 setup.
