Default A/C problem; Rpms drop and car sounds like a misfire

Typical Story. Turboed the Car (99 civic si), removed the ac, now selling the car, and put the a/c back on. No mechanical problems up to this point. Drop the car off at the shop for a recharge, and air is ice cold. As i drive and stop, my rpms drop big, and my car starts bogging out sounding like its hitting and missing cylinders. So i shut the ac off and it still does it. I turn the ac on and i can hear the compressor clutch, going on, and off. I shut the car off, and turn it back on, its ok. So i shut it off again, and do it, and then it starts to do it again. Any help please.
