I swapped transmissions, and I had stereo running lights worked, horn etc, and now I get everything wrapped up finally and go to crank it over and it clicks, and then I lose all electrical. no horn nothing. i figure battery is dead, hook up the jumpers to my jeep, still nothing, I can't find any fuses blown anywhere. what ones shoudl I double check and what coudl be causing this problem?

 

grounds.. recheck all your ground wires... I had the same issue.

 

most likely you forgot the ground wire that goes from the battery negative to the radiator support and also to the transmission
