Torque specs needed pls!

Hey guys, rebuilding my b18a1 - 91 (rs)..
Need the torque specs for the following:
Cylender Headbolts
Main Bearing Bolts
Rod Bolts

If you could help me out or show me a site that has them I would be greatly appreciative. Thanks in advance.

I believe the cylinder head bolts are 75 ft/lb... not sure about the others though, sorry
