1st question -- my steering wheel begins to shake at highway speeds..what can be the solution?

2nd -- when i use the power lock ..the lock on the passenger side will only lock/unlock sometimes..at other times..it doesnt

1. balance tires or warped rotors
2. lock solenoid going bad

 

where could i get a new/used lock solenoid and where is it located on the passenger side?

you can get a used solenoid at the junkyard.
