1 of my friends had a dsm(99 eclipse gsx) with a 3" thermal catback, and it was quiet, very good sounding exhaust, but that was on a boosted dsm, and as far as hondas are concerned, i have a diff friend with a k20 in a del sol with a thermal, and the car is loud as ****! from my own personal experience, i use to have a 99 civic si with a comptech usa catback that was quiet as hell, and vtec screamed when it engaged. a bit pricely tho, but worth the quiet sound and performance, so my vote is go comptech usa

personally, since ur boosting it, just do a custom 3" catback, and then buy a deep sounding muffler for ceahp as **** off ebay, u'll get the performance and sound u want for cheap as expletive, total price for everything would be like 150 bux!!!

yeah but the cheapest i have found is 200 bux if i supplie the muffler. and i can get that thermal research for next to nothing. i may just get it and ride it till i boost and then get a custom 3 in catback and get an apexi n1 muffler or somethin. thanks
