Default Suspension H Brace

I was wondering what is the purpose of an H Brace. Is this something that is for track cars only or can it also be added to a daily driver. I have a 98 Civic H/B that plan to use on road corse racing but its just for fun nothing to serious. This is my daily driver and I'm kind of burnt out on drag racing. I went w/ a buddy of mine to a solo racing event and man I had a blast. My friend has civic coupe that he let me drive at the event and I actualy did pretty good, considering I had never done any thing like this. I want to start working on the suspension on my hatch so I can go maybe once a month or so. I saw the Megan H Brace on line and was wondering if this is something worth looking at or is it just a waste.

Thanks for the help

Well I'm not raceing yet, so yea i still have to check the rules and regulations. I was just wondering if there was a downside to putting a H Brace on.
