Is a JDM radiator different from USDM? Will it fit in a USDM car?

I saw http://sfbay.craigslist.org/pen/pts/198092473.html on craigslist, just wondering if it'll fit my USDM GSR

Seller claims it's a Type-R as well... but I thought type-r doesn't come with AC, so why would it have an AC fan?

 

My buddy's ITR came with AC (at least I am pretty sure it did)

ITRs do come with AC and it looks the same best I can tell from the pic.

 

AC was an option on itrs , its not standard,

*did you know they made 25 itr's in AUTOMATIC. Only 25 in the world bishes

 

I know a USDM ITR radiator fits a GSR but could not be used with GSR fans. I ended up returning the USDM ITR radiator.
