power brake assist is one major vacuum line along with
charcol canister
exhaust gas recurcalation
positive cranckcase ventilation

those are them main ones that i know off the top of my head but im sure thiers more if yu would really like some help purchase a helms manual. I have never swapped an engine but i have performed head gasket swaps and the HELMs manual has helped me out the most.

The only thing I can think of is why didn't you just buy a d16z6 with a 92-95 ex/si harness and stay obd1. You are going to lose alot of tuning potential for future use going to obd2.

Buy a helms manual. Spend the 70.00 or so for one and they have a complete wiring diagrahm and vacuum info.
It is the same manuals that honda service centers stock for techs.

1. Keep your DX harness and keep that engine OBD1 by finding yourself an OBD1 P28 92-95 Si/EX ECU.

2. Repinning the dizzy is hella easy - the following pics are of my wife's old B16A2 swap in her 1992 Si hatch with the stock 92 Si HB D16Z6 engine harness - you can do the exact same to make your Y8 dizzy plug into your stock DX engine harness:

I'll be back w/more info later - right now it's lunch time!
