Default Question about putting a prelude motor and trany on a 94 accord

I am new to Accords and I have just one simple question. I know a Prelude motor will fit into my accord but I not sure if when i put in the Prelude transmission that goes with it, if i have to change my auto. shifter to a prelude auto/ semi-stick shifter. or will the prelude transmission not change a thing or will my accord transmission work just as good? and my last question is since my accord is an LX doesn't that mean I have to upgrade my computer? and if so to what? If those are simple question, sorry, i'm new to accords and i just want to be sure of everything. Thanks for the help.

in addition to the Search feature, also look through the Accord FAQ that is stickied at the top of the Accord forum.
