Default non OBD JDM B16A/US B18A distributor plugs

I just finished my friends B16 into his 88 CRX DX swap and the motor is running really lean and detonating a lot. I've swaped the MAP sensor out for a newer one that I know is fine but it still doesn't run right. I have gone over all of my wiring and i think that it is all cool. The only thing i would that that it could be really now is the TPS or the distributor. I have reworked the interior loom and the engine loom but i didn't change the original plug that came on the distributor. I just cut the distributor plug on the engine loom off of the original harness. Are the pin layouts different on the non OBD JDM distributor plug verses the US plug, because I was thinking that i may have the TDC, CKP and the CYP mixed up but i wasn't sure? I was thinking that if they were possibly swapped that the injector pulse timing would be off because it would be reading from the CYP or the TDC sensor. Thanks in advance....

Neva mind i checked all my wiring and it turns out that the TPS was reading 4.5 volts at idle and 0.5-0 volts at WOT. Making the car run hella rich at idle and leaning out on top. It seems to be running okay now tho.
