Default 17" drag 17lb wheels, tading for 15" rota slipstreams

I have the drag dr 8 wheels their cool they weigh 17lbs. Anyways I got garbage wynstar tires on them and was gonna trade my friend for his 15" rotas with falken ziex tires my main question is. Will my car feel faster or anything? I've heard it does. Does anyone know if I ran the rotas if my acceleration or quarter mile time would be better?

depends on the tire size.

if the 15" tires are shorter than stock, you'll get a bit of a bump in your final drive ratio which will mean better acceleration.
