What an a-hole.

You should've pleaded not guilty, the DA is always willing to bargain. He could've lowered the speed or just dismissed it.

You never know.

Too late now

man you guys are immature, yeah yeah screw cops until you need them to save your freaking lives. I'm sure if your were in the world trade center and cops and firefighters pulled your *** out the rumble you wouldn't be saying that. Man I've got 10 points and don't get me wrong I hate them for giving me those points but I deserve them because I was speeding. They are just doing their jobs like everyone else so just chill

My point of view is simply backed up and made because of the service I get around my area. I have respect for police who show me respect.. I do not have respect for police who harass me for nothing and pull me over for bullshit.

Why are you surprised about getting a ticket for driving 10 MILES PER HOUR over the posted speed limit? It is a well known fact that cops will let you slide for 5 mph over, but 10 mph is pushing it, especially when the speed limit is only 30 mph to begin with...

That is exactly it. I like cops when they are cool. If they pull me over for something obvious...like REALLY speeding or something, I am totally respectful. When they pull me over and say that the paper showing that my Tanabe 50 state legal exhaust is fake and that I made it, screw that. When they pull me over for nothing and then have to search my car for something to ticket me for...screw that. Go and stop someone who is really doing something bad. If I am guilty of what they say I will gladly admit it...but those who have to look for something wrong just becuase I drive a lowered integra...screw that.

Once you pay the fine, you're toast. You shoiuld have taken it to court so that you would get traffic school and keep it off your record.

Arrest Me Yellow

75 in a 35! So did you get arrested? I think if you are 2x the speed limit (or over 100 mph) they can arrest you and impound your car...

I may get flamed for this but...

I have a pyitr too and my record, thanks to those coppers out there, is so crappy that it's cheaper for me to get and MK1 MR2, rebuild it, non-op the R, and track it than to use the R as a daily driver.

That being said, I am comfortable saying that cops are DOPE. They put their ASSES on the line for you everyday. And when I say 'asses', i'm not referring to their reputation among colleagues in the office. Don't get me wrong... i hate getting pulled over. I get so nervous around cops that I will exit the freeway or turn on some mysterious road just to avoid them. Honestly... I worry about cops more than THEIVES!!! But I don't like to take out my frustrations for a few pigs out on an entire group of people. ESPECIALLY when they are just trying to make a living like you and me.... and uh... oh yeah... they might have to sacrifice their life in the process.

Sorry for the rant... (althought brief...) Yeah the py is hard to miss...

Course not, and I got out of the ticket. Gotta love lawyers who know the prosecutor.
