can you build a TS motor into a TR motor?...
well i wanted to do the "H", "INTEGRA", and "TYPE R" badges but i dont wanna be a ricer and just put the TR badge and not have an actual TR...
i dont want to do the swap for a K20A cz i dont really think its that worth putting down 5600+ for just a 19-20hp gain from what i have already...
so i was wondering what do i SPECIFICALLY need to change internally in order for my current K20z1 to be up to par, or close to, with a K20A...
so far, from what i've read, i need to change my cams, cam gears, valve springs, and retainers...(correct me if im wrong...?)...so i was wondering what else am i specifically missing from that list? and do they have a specific brand to those parts?
i know that regardless of any changes internally i know that itll never be a REAL TR...i just dont wanna look stupid and have the "TYPE R" badge and not have anything to back it up, at least its something...if anything i was thinking of putting the "TYPE S" badge, but i dont want to just give up on this idea...

In order for your car to be a type r u need bigger brakes, different suspension, different front lip, sideskirts, and rear lip, different cams, different intake manifold, different transmission (lsd), different wheels, different strut bars and sway bars, different header, different interior
I'm sure im forgetting a ton of stuff, but you get the picture. Its gonna cost you a ton to buy all the type r stuff. As for the badges. Honestly just do what u want. If you like the way the type r badges look, then do it.

wow this is ricer why dont you just save yourself an *** load of money and forget the type r emblem if you wanna make your car faster cool go for it but what does having an emblem that says type r matter i would just go with a type r lip kit and just leave it at that
