Default I swapped a GSR into my hatch and the car struggles to reach 8k rpm's, throwing code 3 map sensor

I just swapped a GSR into my 92 eg and I am pretty sure all my wires and vaccum lines are right. But it seems to be straining itself to get to 8k rpm's, if you have ever had your rev limiter taken off and accidetly taken your b-series to 9k thats excactly what it sounds like but it starts sounding that way at about 7k. I am throwing code 3 for the map sensor, I have put three diff sensors on and it still is throwing the code. any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

if your car is throwing a code then dont give it hell, is the tps and map plugs swaped? on a 92 civic your stock map sensor should be mounted on the firewall, are you using it with a line going to the intake mani. or did you just move the plug over to the map sensor, i think it should reach just have to cut a wire tie. mine did but i have skunk 2 intake manifold

I'm not giving it hell, I was just seeing if it was running right, I havent taken it past 7500 and I only took it to 7500 once. the map sensor is on the firewall, my wiring harness is from a 95 so the plug is also on the harness, I have tried it both ways and there is no difference. I have also swapped the tps and map sensor around and the car doesnt idle right if I remember correctly.

Q: How could the car even work if the TPS and MAP plugs swiched around?? It wouldn't get any fuel!

plug in the map sensor on the firewall (you should have never unpluged it) run a vac. line to the intake manifold, tee into the vac. line for the fuel pressure regulator.
