Tires and Wheels.
I want Kosie K1 15x7 wheels but I dont know what tire to put on them. Heres what I need them for; daily driving, highway driving (not much), and Autocross racing. I need something that will grip VERY well, last a fair amount of miles and no I'm not using them in the winter. Thanks guys!
Hey -
Cool name, I always wanted a tapeworm.
If you're not using the tires in winter and you don't mind being careful in heavy rain/standing water situations (hydroplaning), these are tiers to consider:
1) Falken Azeni - for 15" come in 205/50/15 only, tires.com sells for $70 including shipping but can be some shipping delays. These are the hot tires it sounds like, almost an R compound but still street-driveable, probalby can get around 10k miles plus. Go to competition and search on Azeni for all you want to know....
2) Bridgestone S03 Pole Position - comes in a 195 in 15", not sure of the other dimensions, $76 at tirerack.com. Also highly rated. Once again, could probably search on S03 and find some good info.
FYI, I have 4 of the Azeni's artfully piled in my living room, haven't had a chance to get mounted and try out myself yet.

I also recommend the Kumho Supra 712's. I have a set and they are pretty grippy. It handles really predictable. They been said to last much longer than the Azenis and is cheaper too.
hmm I would say that Bridgestone S-03 pole positions are great and also Falken Azenis but you also said you wanted mileage.. so I dunno about that.. they last like 10-12K but grip very well.. I also like Dunlop SP9000 and Bridgestone RE730's...
or you could go for Kumho's i guess... their OK for the price.. and get decent mileage.. couple of frenz had them w/ sidewall bubbles tho..
