Will these fit (TIRE SIZE ) ???
I got 185/65/14 on my stock 03 civic. I need new tires and i got a buddy that has a brand new set of 195/55/14 that is going to give me a great deal. Well they fit

Absolutely not. If you came with 185/65/14 you cannot substitute them for 195/55/14. (I assume this is a typo)
However 195/55/15 would be ideal. You would of course need different rims.
